The Baltic Sea coast is not only Gdańsk, Władysławowo or Sopot, there are also many beaches which have never been visited by a traveller. If you’re looking for places to unwind and feel revitalised, be warned.
Haloupas are just a tourists paradise with a secret. Interested? People who come for a holiday are always choosing places where they can actively relax near the Pucca Lagoon. There are very few tourists on the beaches outside the central part of the town or outside of Vladislavovo. You can get there by following the path along the forest.
Nowa Korczma is a town situated on the Vistula Spit, which is the easternmost part of Krynica Morská. The locals call it “Piaski”, the official name being “Nowa Korczma”. The beach is situated at the very end of the country and borders Kaliningrad. Tourists can enjoy their holidays in the summer, as there are hardly any crowds here.
Pustkovo is a resort located between Pobierowo and Tszensac, with little tourist interest. The name says it like: “come, it is beautiful here, and most importantly it is empty”. The sandy coast of the beach is quite clean and regularly receives an award as the best beach. There are also beautiful dunes and cliffs. Tourists can see the sculpture on Ghevonte, which is 20 meters high. Apart from all the above, holidaymakers can book cosy rooms and visit numerous bars.
Poddombe is a village with small population, located between a couple of popular resorts – Ustka and Rova, but unfortunately not so famous as they are. In order to reach the beautiful beach, you have to walk through a beech-pine forest and down a staircase from a picturesque cliff.
Kadyny is a town rarely visited by holidaymakers. It lies on the coast of the Vistula Lagoon, a reservoir connected by a canal to the Baltic Sea. The Bay of Gdańsk is more popular than the rest of the city, but even so, the whole family can have a rest here. Kadyny has a marina and the historical palace of German Emperor Wilhelm II. There is also a nature reserve and landscape parks nearby.
Kopalino is a small settlement near Vejherovo, near Bialogora and Stilo lighthouse. The beach is a 2 km walk away. Lake Kopalino is located not far from the village.
Sabrinowo is a town located 7 km from the popular resort of Mielno. Here on the seashore you can relax without too much noise and prying eyes.
Smoldižský Laz is a cosy village in a picturesque location between lakes Gardno and Lebsko in the Słowiński Park. The beach is 3 km away from Laz. On the way to which you can enjoy nature. Be sure to stop by the lighthouse Choplino near Choplin dune.
Rogovo is a village in a picturesque location on the spit between the Baltic Sea and Lake Resko Primorskie. Tourists can swim in the sea and sunbathe on the beach, while on the lake it is possible to practice water sports and fishing. There are remnants of the Second World War here.
Mechelinks is a small village located on the shore of Pak Bay. You will not see here crowds of tourists as you do in Triumista.
Orzechowo is a village near Ustka with beautiful views. There is a precipice of 25m high where you can admire the beauty of the beech forest that encircles the beach.
Trshensac is an historical place with unforgettable views of the medieval church ruins, still standing on the rock. The Multimedia Museum is a great attraction for visitors with children. Transport lovers will love a trip on the Seaside Narrow-gauge Railway.
Honski is a village between Melno and Ustronie Morskie, and is considered an attractive destination for those who miss being in touch with nature. The village boasts the 3rd highest lighthouse (50.2m), which attracts many tourists. The beach is wide and clean and there are not many tourists on it. Don’t forget to visit the Ortulus Gardens, 9km from Gonski.
Dembki is a village between Leba and Vladislavovo, on the Slowinski coast. Fishermen used to live here, so tourists can see several 19th century fishermen’s houses. The main attraction of the local beach is the picturesque mouth of the Piasnica River. The water in the river is very warm with shallow depth, perfect for holidaymakers with children. You can go kayaking here and admire the sea from the 20 metre high tower.
Rozevje is a small town located near Vladislavovo. It is renowned for its red and white lighthouse, which is now the Lighthouse Museum. The beach is very quiet under the cliff, and the widest part is under the lighthouse and at exit no. 16. Tourists can visit the Lisi Yar Gorge.
Myelenko is a small town not far from Melno, tempting in its tranquility. There are very few people on the beach – perfect for a family holiday.
Bobolin is one of the cleanest and most beautiful beaches on the Polish Baltic coast. It is located 6 km away from Darłowo. It is a great place to relax with children. There is an interesting site, which will interest those who are fond of the past – the bunkers, which is a monument of the 2nd World War. If you want to learn how to properly saddle a negligent park rider, then you must visit Mustafa Ranch. A trip to the zoo will be a fascinating walk for the little ones.
Lyubyatovo is another village with incredible dunes that are a landmark of the place. The white dune with fine particles of quartz sand is the second largest dune in the country. The local beach is very clean and fringed with pine forests, suitable for swimming and relaxing with children. If you want to learn how to ride a horse, the stud farm will teach you.
Dembina is a village near Greater Ustka and Lesser Rowe, right on the shore of Lake Gardno, surrounded by century-old oaks. If you want to relax by the water, get ready for the stairs, which are steep.
Sverjazevo is located to the south of Vladislavovo, the best place to explore the area around the Hel Peninsula. There is also a cosy marina and seashore with shallow, warm water, the bay of Puck and a cornfield.
Mikoshevo is a small town with a sandy beach which is protected in summer. You can take a ferry across the river and visit the reserve and the park.
Lazy – a small town on the northern shore of Lake Jamno near the spa resort of Melno with a wide coastline with picturesque sand dunes and pine trees.
